At Bundle Factory, we offer original digital assets, templates, and creator education resources. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once secure access links have been delivered.
Exceptions
We may offer refunds under the following specific circumstances:
Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the product access email and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.
Major Defects: If the digital product has a critical flaw that prevents it from being used as described, and our support team cannot provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the identical digital asset multiple times within 24 hours.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet one of the exception criteria above, please contact our support team at support@bundlefactory.in within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order ID, the email used for purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
